Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

The Customer may cancel at any time from the dashboard; service continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Refund requests are considered within fourteen days of the first subscription and exclude consumed periods.

Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the payment provider's timeframe.
