Definitions

The Platform refers to the Secur-SA service; the Customer refers to the contracting organisation.

Scope of service

The Platform provides automated detection and protection and operational evidence for self-managed compliance; it is not a formal compliance certification, and does not replace a full security audit or legal advice.

Customer obligations

The Customer shall provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and not use the service for any purpose contrary to Saudi law.

Subscription and renewal

The subscription begins upon activation and renews per the selected cycle unless cancelled before the period ends.

Limitation of liability

The Platform is not liable for indirect damages; liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
